Lucy joined the firm in October 2020, bringing a wealth of knowledge and experience in acquisitions and disposals, options, leases and development agreements. She has particular expertise in the education sector (including academy conversions and inter-academy transfers) and agricultural sector (including farm acquisitions, disposals and tenancies).
