Shoaib joined the firm in April 2026, having trained and qualified at a respected regional firm. Shoaib has a number of years experience in property, across both residential and commercial, with particular interests in agriculture, commercial leases and development work. Shoaib is also well versed in providing real estate expertise on corporate transactions, conducting property due diligence and drafting/negotiating warranties.
Outside of work, Shoaib enjoys socialising with friends, visiting new places and participating in multiple sports, he’s a keen cricketer, footballer and occasionally a bit of Padel.
