She is known for her commercial approach to employment issues and has an excellent reputation for her strong negotiation skills. She regularly appears in the Employment Tribunal and has expertise in all types of tribunal cases. Natalie is a problem solver when it comes to complex HR and employment issues. She works with clients to help them to achieve their goals and offers solutions to assist clients to save money and allow their businesses to operate more effectively.
Natalie is a keen runner, assists with school athletics programs and enjoys family time and travel.
