Recognised by the Legal 500 as a Rising Star, Laura advises on all aspects of corporate work including share sales and purchases, private equity transactions, reorganisations, shareholders agreements and share schemes.
Away from the office, Laura enjoys CrossFit, refurbishing her Tudor home, live music and cooking vegan food.
