Dav joined Austin Moore & Partners in November 2021 after almost a decade at a large regional firm. She brings over 15 years experience advising on a variety of corporate matters including share and business acquisitions/disposals, MBOs, group reorganisations, shareholders’ arrangements and secured lending. Dav has a particular passion for advising family and owner managed businesses across a wide range of sectors.
Outside of work Dav enjoys spending time with her young family, spa weekends and fulfilling her role as a Trustee on the Board of national children’s charity, When You Wish Upon a Star.
